| A Nortel Meridian One Option 61 PBX utilizing redundant processors & power supplies for fail–safe operation handles all communication with the monitoring center. Three (3) fully supervised T–1 circuits ensure connectivity to the long–distance network. An AT & T Service Assurance Plan is in place to immediately forward T–1 lines in the event of an unforeseen emergency condition. |

| Automation Systems |
| Our automation technology far exceeds all regulatory criteria for monitoring facilities. The ability to process signal traffic by priority for quicker response to critical events sets our facility apart from a majority of the competition. The added benefit of ‘Virtual Central Station’ capability allows for rapid signal processing during emergency conditions. All backed by our triple – redundant systems to guard against catastrophic failures. |

| Backup Systems |
| Our triple–redundant power system provides fail–safe protection to you and your clients at all times. Two uninterruptible power supply systems by Best Ferrups provide standby power. In addition, a 75,000 Watt natural gas Genset generator by Onan powered by a Ford LSG 8 cylinder engine provides power in the event of an electrical outage. |

| Facility Security |
| The internal & external security of Affiliated’s facility is second to none and far exceeds all international standards for monitoring centers. Beginning with access controlled exterior and interior entrances, 3 distinct access points are required to gain entrance into the monitoring area. Video surveillance systems protect both the exterior and interior of the facility with a parking area controlled by access codes for employees. |

| Digital Voice Recording |
| The recording of all conversations to ensure quality performance has
always been a staple of Affiliated. With our sophisticated digital voice
recording system, specific conversations can be targeted in seconds and
played back on the phone or e–mailed via a ‘.wav’ file. |
