In 1977, Affiliated Central redefined the alarm monitoring business by being a pioneer in the implementation of computerized alarm signal processing. At a time when digital communication devices were still considered high-tech toys by many alarm companies, we recognized their powerful applications.

So we designed and built one of the most technologically advanced central stations dedicated to digital monitoring. We were one of the first to install complete redundancy for our telephone and automation so we could ensure 24 x 7 dependability.
